A loose cable caused a green tint on one of the television screens in AJ's Café, said Director of Technical and Media Services Ted Matko.
Matko said the issue took about 30 seconds to fix.
"It wasn't a problem," Matko said. "What's important is for people to tell the student desk or [Director of Student Activities] Rebekah [Dell] over there so if something is awry we can fix it."
Matko emphasized the easiness of the problem's fixing.
"It took me longer to walk over there from my office than it did it did to fix it," he said.
Students on cell phones may not have been served at AJ's, but student manager Jacqueline Cauley, a senior, said this is not AJ's policy. AJ's workers decide whether or not to serve phone-jabbering customers, she said.
Cauley said she thought it rude to order food while talking on a cell phone.
