For those who are ready for the joy of childbirth or for those who are just curious about alternative options of giving birth, look no further than water birthing.

Water birth is a mode of childbirth where the mother delivers the baby while in a tub or pool, designed to emulate the watery womb from which it is delivered.

Your beautiful baby has lived in its amniotic sac for 9 months and should be welcomed into the world in a similar environment.

Do not worry about your beautiful bundle of joy drowning. Two things occur after the baby is born. A hormone released in the baby prevents it from going through breathing movements. The baby receives oxygen through the umbilical cord by way of the placenta.

The use of a midwife or healthcare provider is highly recommended when water birthing.
