Don't break a five: where to find the best deals for bottled water
The price of convenience is high, but students can save between seven and 33 cents by buying bottled water from a campus vending machine instead of A.J.'s Café.
College vending machines charge $1.25 for bottled water or $1 at Sage Center for the Arts. A.J.'s charges $1.33 for Dasani brand bottled water, although Aquafina is $1.
Chances are if you're buying water you're trying to be healthy and conscientious - or you forgot your water bottle and don't feel like running back to your room, in which case you're lazy.
Either way, supplement these lifestyle choices with a brisk walk to one of the following vending machine locations: Sage if you're feeling ambitious, the old snack bar in Knorr Student Center if you prefer quicker results.
And if you're really counting your pennies: there's a water fountain just down the hall past the College Bookstore.
