The Hillsdale College office of administrative affairs replaced mobile white boards in the student publications office due to workmanship defects. The upper half of the boards is marker board, and the lower half a fabric-covered bulletin board for tacking documents. Assistant to the Vice President Sheila Butler said Vice President Rich Péwé and an interior designer deemed them unfit because of inconsistencies in the bulletin board's fabric.

"During the final walk-through, he said it was not satisfactory and wanted them replaced," Butler said.

The office of administrative affairs ordered replacement boards from Work Space Solutions.
