After a long and arduous winter, students are finally going outside on their own accord. But the absence of sun seems to have induced a degree of forgetfulness in students as to what exactly there is to do outside. Well, fear not, for there is plenty to do aside from heading to class.

First and foremost on the list is catching a good old fashioned case of the exercise. Yes, there's nothing like a good bit of physical activity to lose that winter fat and have a good time doing it.

To do this, students should head towards the sports complex. There they'll have plenty of choices, from Calvinball in Slayton Arboretum to ultimate frisbee and soccer in the IM fields.

Many students play soccer, a popular choice, and it's played every suitable day .

"It's an open Facebook group," sophomore Naomi Johnson said, "So if people see it and wanna come out they can just come out and play."

Another popular game, ultimate frisbee, is also frequently played on the IM fields.

And for those with more exotic tastes there's the game of Calvinball, which is played in the Arb. The rules for Calvinball are summarized in a single one: no rule can be used twice. Attendees and shenanigans are welcomed.

So get out there and do something.

And no, studying doesn't count.
