Men's basketball assistant coach Sam Hargraves continues medical leave due to a case of mononucleosis, after also missing February, coaches said this week.
Head coach John Tharp said it is still unknown when Hargraves will be back in action and fully recovered.
Junior guard Keith MacKenzie said the team has not been the same without Hargraves around.
"We definitely miss him," he said. "I know every one of the players misses him. He put a little extra fire in practice. He's the one that really pushes us to play a little harder."
Hargraves was unavailable to comment on his condition, but remains on the minds of his players.
"I hope he comes back soon and is doing well," MacKenzie said.
