Bookstore seeks feedback

The Hillsdale College Bookstore is conducting a customer satisfaction survey on campus beginning Friday. Survey results will allow the staff to identify and address issues of customer satisfaction and store operations, according to a press release.
The National Association of College Stores developed the survey for the bookstore.
NACS is the national trade group for college and university bookstores across the country, of which the Hillsdale College Bookstore is a member. Completed forms will be forwarded to NACS, where all data entry, statistical analysis, and reporting of verbatim comments will be completed by the association's research staff.
