Charger alumni return for history

Assistant men's basketball coach Sam Hargraves was pleased with the turnout of 22 alumni, and said it was awesome they all came back. Chargers from graduating classes spanning the last five decades were on hand to take part in a classic buzzer beater.
With even year graduates in blue uniforms and odd years in white, the game went back-and-forth. Finally, down by two with only seconds left, the blue team hit a three-pointer to seal a victory.
It was more than just another thrilling finish on the home court for these alumni though.
"It's a chance to get together with old classmates and teammates and enjoy each other once again," said Bill Granberry of the class of '85.
