With Hillsdale coming off a third place finish for the women and fifth for the men in the GLIAC Championship meet last week, the NCAA Track and Field Committee admitted five Chargers to compete in this year's NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field National Championship held March 14 and 15 at the University of Houston. Charger basketball accomplished something this season no other men's basketball team in the school's history had been granted. They hosted a GLIAC tournament game for the first time Tuesday night. Baseball completes season opener with winning record

Charger baseball returned from Florida with a solid 3-2 record, going 2-1 against regional teams. They split a double-header against Nebraska-Omaha University Friday, losing the first game 14-5 and winning the second in extra innings, 8-7. Junior Andrew Little made his first collegiate appearance when brought out of the bullpen to protect a two run lead in the bottom of the eighth inning. (0) comments
